We've made returning toys a breeze for you! Once your new kit arrives, you can simply send back the previous one using the free prepaid return label included in every order and seal the shipping box with the pre-cut tape.

In case you can't find the label, don't worry! Here's what you can do:

1. Double-check the box you're trying to return, as the label should be inside.
2. If you still can't find it, no problem! Just send us an email at hello@relovetoys.com and we'll be happy to send you a replacement label that you can easily print at home.

Drop the box at the courier location indicated on your shipping label (FedEx, UPS or Purolator). You will have five business days to return the old toys, starting from the date od receiving the new play kit.

When toys are returned or exchanged, we take extra care to ensure they are squeaky clean and germ-free. Our professional team uses "Force of Nature," a disinfectant & sanitizer that kills 99.9% of germs, including Staph, MRSA, Norovirus, Influenza A, Salmonella, and Listeria when used as directed.

Plus, it's on EPA's (Environmental Protection Agency in America) list of Disinfectants for Use Against SARS-CoV-2, the cause of COVID-19. The best part? Force of Nature is made without any toxic chemicals, added fragrance, dyes, preservatives, or surfactants, keeping your child's safety in mind.

After a thorough cleaning, the toys are air-dried, carefully repackaged, and shipped. They spend between 3 to 5 days in transit to make sure they're in perfect condition for your child's playtime.

Don't worry, we understand that life with young kids can be full of surprises! We expect our kits to be used and played with, and we totally get that some wear and tear may occur, that's perfectly normal.

While we do ask you to take reasonable care and try to keep all components of your kit, including packaging materials, original toy packaging, and all parts, we also know that accidents happen. We're here to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you!

If a toy is partially lost when you return it to us (like one or more pieces of a multi-piece toy missing), no worries at all! You won't incur any additional charges. We simply ask that when you find the missing part, you include it with the other toys when you return the next kit to us. Just shoot us an email at hello@relovetoys.com to let us know it's coming.

In the rare case that a toy is significantly damaged, such as with deep dog bite marks or multiple pieces missing, and it can't be sent to another family, we may need to charge the cost to replace the toy. But rest assured, we'll work with you to find the best solution for everyone.
