Don't worry, we understand that life with young kids can be full of surprises! We expect our kits to be used and played with, and we totally get that some wear and tear may occur, that's perfectly normal.

While we do ask you to take reasonable care and try to keep all components of your kit, including packaging materials, original toy packaging, and all parts, we also know that accidents happen. We're here to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you!

If a toy is partially lost when you return it to us (like one or more pieces of a multi-piece toy missing), no worries at all! You won't incur any additional charges. We simply ask that when you find the missing part, you include it with the other toys when you return the next kit to us. Just shoot us an email at hello@relovetoys.com to let us know it's coming.

In the rare case that a toy is significantly damaged, such as with deep dog bite marks or multiple pieces missing, and it can't be sent to another family, we may need to charge the cost to replace the toy. But rest assured, we'll work with you to find the best solution for everyone.

Our main goal is to provide a delightful and stress-free toy experience for you and your little ones. So, no need to worry about the occasional mishap - we're here to make playtime enjoyable and worry-free!

We're dedicated to providing your children with safe and eco-friendly toys. That's why we start by sourcing toys made from natural materials and finishes, such as solid linden wood blocks with water-based paints and beeswax finishes.

When toys are returned or exchanged, we take extra care to ensure they are squeaky clean and germ-free. Our professional team uses "Force of Nature," a disinfectant & sanitizer that kills 99.9% of germs, including Staph, MRSA, Norovirus, Influenza A, Salmonella, and Listeria when used as directed.

Plus, it's on EPA's (Environmental Protection Agency in America) list of Disinfectants for Use Against SARS-CoV-2, the cause of COVID-19. The best part? Force of Nature is made without any toxic chemicals, added fragrance, dyes, preservatives, or surfactants, keeping your child's safety in mind.

After a thorough cleaning, the toys are air-dried, carefully repackaged, and shipped. They spend between 3 to 5 days in transit to make sure they're in perfect condition for your child's playtime.

3. If you're not quite sure about keeping a toy forever, no worries! At the time of exchange, you'll have the option to continue renting one or more of your current set while exchanging the rest for new and exciting toys.
