Exchange Policies

• Step 1: Repack your toys in the original packaging and shipping box
• Step 2: Use a damp cloth to wet the back of the provided paper tape and use it to seal the box closed.
• Step 3: Place the prepaid return shipping label on the top of the sealed box.
• Step 4: Drop the box off at the courier indicated on your shipping label, within 7 days of receiving your next box.
